Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easybuy Choice website and your purchases from Easybuy Choice Inc ("Easybuy Choice", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our After-Sales & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Buy

Easybuy Choice is a wholesale and dropshipping supplier for businesses. Our products are sold for resale only.
You must register a business account and be approved by us before you can place orders. We review every application and may approve, decline or close an account at our discretion.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure. Orders placed through your account are your responsibility.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are wholesale prices for approved accounts. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
Full payment is due when you place your order.
You are responsible for any sales tax, unless you provide a valid resale certificate that we accept for your ship-to state.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

Dropship (We Ship): we ship directly to your customer. Shipping to standard U.S. delivery areas is included in the Dropship price.
Own Label: you provide a prepaid shipping label. Own Label orders ship after we receive and approve your label, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Pre-order items ship once stock arrives at our U.S. warehouse. Arrival dates shown on product pages are estimates.
We may cancel an order, in full or in part, if a product is out of stock, a price or listing contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

4. Sales Channel Restrictions

Some products may not be sold on certain marketplaces (for example, not for sale on Amazon). Any such restriction is shown on the product page. You agree to follow these restrictions. If you do not, we may suspend or close your account.

5. Product Content

Approved customers may use our product images and descriptions only to list and sell products purchased from us. You may not use them for any other purpose, and all rights in this content remain with us or our suppliers.

6. Returns, Shipping Issues and Claims

Returns, refunds and shipping claims are handled under our After-Sales & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or marketplace penalties.
